The space Mylopotamos beach house has two independent apartments, the upper floor apartment and the ground floor apartment. (Ground floor apartment: https://air.tl/uC3H8ZNo). This listing is the upper floor apartment which has two independent bed rooms, one kitchen, one smaller middle room (between the two bedrooms) with a small table for your laptop, one external bathroom right beside the kitchen external door, with electric heater for hot water and a private side balkony. All rooms have window to the beach. Both bed rooms may have privacy (they have doors with key) and can have independent communication to kitchen and bathroom due to the second external door of the middle room. Bathroom As a reminder, the bathroom of the apartment is external, right beside the external door of the kitchen. In the bathroom you can find the washing machine as well while its window is looking towards the side stream river plane trees. *NOTE: Please bear in mind that the amount of the sand of the beach may vary from season to season due to the sea, the sidestream and the wheather conditions, from sandy (resulting more day visitors) to rocky (resulting less day visitors). When the beach is rocky, extra caution and careful steps are needed to enter to the sea. *UPDATE APRIL 2024 As regards the above NOTE, the current condition of the beach is sandy. The ground floor and its front yard is another Airbnb listing (called "Mylopotamos beach house Ground floor"). It is a separate private apartment where other Airbnb guests, or my family members usually live in summer time. The apartment of your stay is the whole upper floor. The private side balkony in the photos belongs to the upper floor so you can use it privately during your stay. Other things to note There are two Airbnb listings in Mylopotamos Beach House so we will be happy for every little smile among all our guests, regarding noise/music etc. . *All the upper floor apartment with its private side terrace is for our upper floor apartment guests. *All the ground floor apartment with its ground floor yard is for our ground floor apartment guests *Note: between the two apartments there is voice sound proof insulation, yet there is a reasonable amount of walking sound from the upper floor apartment guests to our ground floor apartment guests. . Tsagarada is the closest village from Mylopotamos (8km) where you can find a local market with ATM, tavernas, restaurants, coffee shops, sweet shops, souvenirs, etc. In the close villagges you may participate in activities such as hiking, canyoning, sea canoe/kayak and SUP, horse ridding, mushroom hunting.
