Midlum on Föhr is the golden center of the island. Idyllic overlooking the green marsh is the village of Midlum. With its beautiful iron houses and wide views, the village exudes tranquility. From Midlum you can explore the island in all directions, by bike there are excellent connections, to the beach it is about 4 km, to the museum "Art of the West Coast" in Alkersum about 1 km. The village is also the start and finish of Germany's northernmost marathon. The space The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Nearby is the elementary school and a doctor's office with several doctors. In our single-family house we live on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are 2 fully furnished apartments. Both apartments are about 48 to 52 square meters, apartment 1 has a larger kitchen as well as a south-facing balcony. Apartment amenities: -bedroom with double bed - Bathroom with shower - Living room with a closet bed, which is the size of a normal double bed (180 x 200 cm). - Thus, the apartments can accommodate up to 4 people each. - Babybed and highchair available on request - Kitchen-living room with full facilities, Both kitchens have a microwave, stove and fridge. In apartment 1 there is also a dishwasher and an oven. - In addition, bed linen and towels are provided (no beach towels) - TV and Internet available - Parking is on the property Guest access Apartment no. 1 has a large balcony on the south side. There is also a garage for e-bikes, so they do not have to be outside at night. Other things to note The island of Föhr charges a tourist tax of EUR 2.60 per adult per day in the high season (March 1st - 10/31), off-season is EUR 1.30. Children up to the age of 18 are free. This fee is not included in the Airbnb price. You will receive the corresponding registration form from us. The minimum stay is 5 days. For shorter vacations, please make a request. There is a garage and charging station for e-bikes. There is a public charging station for electric cars 30 meters from the house.
