Beachfront villa with access to private dock/jetty

Wonderful beachfront villa on Älgö in Saltsjöbaden, Swedish archipelago. Living area 110 m2. The villa has been updated in 2019 with new appliances, heating system and all surface layers inside, renovated bathroom with heating floor, shower, wc and washing machine. An amazing terrace overlooking the sea and perfect for sunsets. High celing, light open space livingroom. Fireplace for cozy winter nights, dining areas both inside and in the outdoor space and in the glassed veranda. Three bedrooms. The space Modern villa with undisturbed sea location. Modern villa (110 m2) with undisturbed beach location. This is the first summer we use Airbnb to rent our house. Before this we have had a long term rental guest (several years), and during this spring we did renovation and now we look forward to having our first Airbnb guests this summer! Inside the house: Fully furnished house. The property is connected to the fiber and municipal water. You will have free Wifi and access to TV. The house also aircondition. The kithcen has microwave, dishwasher and a bar area to socialize around. The dining area fits ca 8 people and is just next to the kitchen. All normal equipment is in the kitchen. There are three bedrooms in the house, tree beds. One master bedroom with closets and a king size (180 cm) bed. Window facing the ocean with curtains. The second bedroom has a single bed (100 cm), window (with curtains) facing the ocean, closets and a small desk. The third bedroom has a single bed (90 cm), closets and window (with curtains) facing the garden. The bathroom is newly renovated. It is tiled and har heated floors, a shower, basin/sink, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer and a heated towel rail. Outside the house: On the terrace you have access to a large lounge area and a barbecue. If the weather is against you you can still eat out in the part of the terrace that is glassed (the veranda). Stairs will take you down to the dock/ jetty (sailboat deep) with bath ladder, where the morning swim preferably can be taken! For those travelling with kids, we have a small sandbox, some outdoor toys and some simple fishing equpment. Outside the house you will have space to park two cars if necessary.
