Cosy Detached Barn with private parking

The barn is approximately 218 years old and situated in an English cottage garden on the doorstep of Woburn Abbey with lots of gorgeous walks in the beautiful countryside. The Abbey entrance gate is 0.4 miles away, you can walk through the deer park & extensive grounds. A public footpath takes you to the Elephant house & beyond. We are on the route of the famous Greensand Ridge & boast a lovely local pub the "Rose & Crown", serving good British food. The space The barn is an open plan self contained detached property with off road parking. The main living space has a sofa, dining table and chairs, lovely flame effect fire, TV on the wall and fully fitted kitchen. The double bed can be left down or you can fold it into the wall. Bi-folding doors lead to a patio area with an outdoor table and chairs. There is an en-suite shower room leading off from the lounge area. There is a gas and a charcoal BBQ to the side of the barn solely for your use, all we ask is you clean it when you depart. Please note, we supply the gas but not charcoal. There are some bikes next to the BBQ’s, please feel free to use them, there are some great rides in our area. Guest access You can park on the private drive in front of the barn, this is solely for your use. Other things to note Ridgmont is perfect for walkers and cyclists and we are only 6 minutes from junction 13 of the M1. Woburn Golf Club is only a 10 minute drive. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper for your stay, should you need more there is a post office store in Woburn
