En-suite + Breakfast, Tean, close to Alton Towers

My house is located in a quiet area of Tean, away from main roads, with the front overlooking a river and countryside. It is 6.6m from Alton Towers, and close to Uttoxeter Race Course, JCB and The Potteries. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, dining area, guest lounge, garden and front balcony. 3 private parking spaces to the rear of the property, and free visitor car park also on site. A larger en-suite bedroom is also available to book, with a TV and drink making facilities. The space Double divan bed with comfortable OTTY mattress (cannot be made into 2 singles). The room has a blackout blind and curtains, and a cupboard with coat hangers and a shelf. The bathroom has a double shower cubicle and is a powerful shower. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided, as well as bath towels. The house has Faster Fibre WiFi, with a speed of 70Mb. Breakfast is self-service, and you can help yourself to a selection of cereals, bread (usually home-made soda bread), jams, eggs, fruit, breakfast bars, pan au chocolate, juice, and tea/coffee. A front door and bedroom door key will be provided. No smoking allowed within the property. Also no meals in the bedroom or guest lounge please. Meals can be consumed in the dining room or outside. 7kw EV type 2 charger available (presently costing £2ph). Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for food preparation and hot drinks, and use the dining table for eating and working. There is also a possibility of using a desk in another room if you need to work. During your stay As your host I will try to meet you on arrival to welcome you and show you your room and other facilities. There is a key safe in case I'm not around. Other things to note There is a second en-suite bedroom that can be booked, with a zip-link bed, that can be made into 2 singles or a super-king size bed.
