Also, all our villas feature a good Bbq so you can enjoy your evenings by the pool with a good meal. The villa features 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to host up to 8 guests. The large living room has total access from the swimming pool through its large glass door. The property features central air conditioning so it covers all the house, also with heat pump for the winter. An ideal place to rest and have fun, the combination that will make your holiday in Mallorca an unforgettable experience. - - - - - Important Notes - - - - - All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane).
