On a cape in the Northwestern Peloponnese, in a private olive grove of 15 acres, you will find our Villa. Enjoy the endless blue and panoramic views of the Ionian Sea towards the islands of Zakynthos and Kefalonia as well as the Port of Kyllini. The location of our house creates a unique sense of privacy for our guests to get to know nature and spend pleasant moments in our large garden surrounded by olive trees. The space "Villa of Anastasia" is an ideal accommodation for families and groups of friends who love nature. With very comfortable spaces, unique views and detailed decoration in the rooms, every guest will truly enjoy their vacation in an accommodation that offers all the comforts for unforgettable moments of peace and relaxation. The Villa is designed, with two internal staircases, on three levels and all spaces and rooms are surrounded by huge balconies. On the elevated ground floor is the large living room with its luxurious kitchen, the small WC and the home office as well as the library which is configured into a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. Going up the first internal staircase you are on the first floor where you meet an elegant spacious corridor that separates the three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and balcony. Going up the second wooden handmade staircase you are in a beautiful attic with a single bed and a small balcony with stunning views. The villa has large terraces and large openings with windows and doors - all with mosquito nets to avoid insects. The decoration is simple with classic and vintage furniture and is complemented by the natural "paintings" created by the stunning view. You can enjoy moments of relaxation and tranquility in every corner of the house, and beautiful sunsets from the terraces and garden. The only thing that can interrupt the absolute peace and quiet is the chirping of the birds that inhabit the area. The villa has TV, Wi-Fi. The garden and olive grove of the villa are ideal for reading, walking, cycling, working in nature. Guest access Guests can freely access the villa's garden and olive grove. Other things to note A short distance from the villa there are organized award-winning beaches, with crystal clear waters, sandy and pebbly beaches such as Loutra Kyllinis, Golden Coast, Glyfa, etc. Ideal for families or groups of friends as you can enjoy your baths or do water sports and even fish. 10 minutes away you will find the thermal waters and mud baths in Kyllini. You can also easily visit the picturesque village of Kastro with its beautiful beaches, restaurants and the Hlemoutsis Castle Museum - just 4 km away. We recommend day trips to Zakynthos, Kefalonia from the port of Kyllini, which is only 2 km from the villa, as well as Ancient Olympia, Lake Kaiafa, which is located next to the sea, has thermal waters, while sports activities such as water skiing are also held in the waters.
