Rose's Brooklyn Oasis (Twin) - Close to Subway!

Cozy and quiet shared space just steps from the subway! 1 bedrooms, one twin bed. Close to shopping, 30 minutes to lower Manhattan! The space Diverse, caribbean influenced, with everything that you can possibly need within a 10 minute walk. Guest access call 1 hour before arrival During your stay I will be present the majority of your stay. Other things to note House rules “Roses Oasis” Don’t use formal living room and dining room. Off limit. 1. Take your key. Key goes in lock up side down. Turn once to left and push. Keep the key, for entrance only. Don’t turn any knobs. Just close the door behind you. Return key where you found it. 2. Don’t turn off any auto lights all others under your control. Go upstairs. Sign in (book in desk) with a name and phone number. 3. Go to room Q 2nd door left next to the bathroom (open) or go to room T 2nd door right. 4. You have WiFi, A/c, heat, hot water, clean sheets, towel, paper towel, toilet paper, soap, slippers, No barefoot, no naked ness (cover up). Wash and replace dishes. 5. WiFi - V.R. Wifi Password: Roseoasis164820 6. No smoking, no drinking on premises. Water and juice ok! 7. No food in the room. Use kitchen and refrigerator. 8. No pets of any kind 9. No couples in single room T 10. No visitors or partners not mentioned at booking. 11. Bathroom door remains open when not in use. Spray and rinse tub after shower. Use bath or shower spray. 12. No 2 persons in the shower one at a time only. Use slippers in the bathroom, NO BAREFOOT. 13. Hang, wet towels on closet door, hanger not on furniture. 14. Please, take your garbage out with you outside to the right garbage can. 15. Check in 3.00-9.00 p.m. Check out 11.00 a.m. If you need extra time check out of the room and wait in TV room. Turn off all lights and A/c. Remember to leave the key. 16. Leave the room just as you found it. If you are not sure about anything just ask me anything to make your stay pleasant. You are my guest.
