Independent apartment sleeps 6 - private garden

Close to the city center, the train station, nearby businesses. The apartment is located upstairs, not accessible to PRM, independent access by external staircase, it is composed of 2 bedrooms (room no. 1 30 m2, room no. 2 16 m2), a dining room with sofa bed 2 pers, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom, toilet. If needed, a travel cot is available. Optional breakfast available (€7) You can enjoy a private garden with table and chairs. Housekeeping done systematically The space 500m from the train station, 500m from the Château de Canon, in Pays-d'Auge (Pont-L'Evêque, Livarot, Vimoutiers, Camembert...), 20 minutes from Falaise and its castle of William the Conqueror, 20 minutes from Lisieux and its basilica, 30 minutes from Caen. The beach is 30 minutes away for Cabourg, 45 minutes for Deauville, 50 minutes for Honfleur... The landing beaches are 1 hour away Guest access The entrance to the house is on Avenue Jean Jaurès. If you do not wish to park on the avenue, we suggest that you park in front of the house on Rue Paul Eluard. You can park on the sidewalk, along our garden. Other things to note We provide bed sheets, towels and tea towels. If you come for a reception, we live 500 m from the Château de Canon, 4 km from Château d 'Ô, 6 km from Château de Crèvecoeur.
