Our beautiful vacation home is close to the sea. The beautiful beach Lu Impostu is only one kilometer from the house. But pool personalities are not neglected either, because the property also includes a community pool that is accessible via the garden and an outdoor shower. In the garden there is also a fireplace grill for relaxing barbecues under the Sardinian starry sky. The house consists of two bedrooms, a master bedroom with access to the spacious balcony and a room with two single beds, which can also be put together to form a double bed. There is also a bathroom with its own shower on both floors. The decor is - in keeping with the building - in a modern country style. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The house is equipped with air conditioning, which can be regulated individually for each room. The kitchen is also appropriately equipped - just as it should be for Italy. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket for quick shopping, two coffee bars and a pizzeria. The villa is ideal for couples and families with children. Cars can be parked in the private parking space in front of the house.
