The Barn is a delightful stone built dwelling situated in a large garden and is less than 10 minutes walk from the centre of Wetherby, an historic market town situated on the River Wharfe. Located just off the main A1 south to north road this is an ideal base for exploring the varied delights of Yorkshire and is the perfect gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, North York Moors, and the East coast. The space The Barn is a beautiful cosy retreat ideally located within the historic market town of Wetherby. There is large entrance hall leading to the twin bedroom (which can be converted to king bed on request) and separate shower room. The main accommodation is upstairs on the first floor where you will find an open plan kitchen and living space with log burning stove. The master bedroom is also on the first floor along with the house bathroom (with walk-in shower). There are lovely views over the garden. Guest access You will have exclusive use of The Barn. Guests are welcome to use the picnic table in the front garden. Other things to note The property has electric security gates. A good Wifi connection is available. Guests are asked to start their booking from 15.00 hours on the day of arrival and vacate the premises by 11.00 on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.
