A special feature is the installation of Sky with Entertainment Plus, soccer Bundesliga, sports, cinema on the TV in the living room. Due to the direct beach location and many different possibilities for walks in the area (beach/forest/dirt road), this apartment is a paradise for dog owners. All beaches in Neustadt, Pelzerhaken and Rettin are open to dogs in winter. At all other times, various dog beaches are within walking distance. In the apartment, you have a separate fiber optic connection with up to 300 Mbps downloads, which also enables mobile working.
