The house has both access to the pool and proximity to Mälaren (the nearest swimming area is about 5 min walking distance). The patio has sun from morning to the evening. Nearby are several excursions such as Drottningholm Palace and Birka. If you want to go to the city (Stockholm), it is about 30 minutes by car or about 1 hour municipal.
