LOVELY COUNTRY HOUSE , PRIVATE HEATED POOL, BREAD OVEN ON FINCA NEAR THE SEA

Finca Eden is a rural country house, sleeps 6, (3 double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and an additional family bathroom.) a baby cot us a available. The villa is all on one level but there are three steps into the front terrace. which is set in a 10,000 sq.m.fruit growing Finca. It is situated on the West coast of Tenerife between the villages of Guia de Isora and Playa San Juan, 380m above sea level. The house is nestled on the side of the Barranco Rodrigo with views of the mountains and sea. Entering the grounds through the secure gates, there is parking for two cars, front garden and cobbled courtyard leading to a stone pergola which houses a bread/pizza oven and a covered seating area for 12 people, a barbecue area which leads onto the gates of the Finca. We are ecologically friendly and grow bananas, mangos, avocados,oranges, mandarins, clenentines, pomegranates, lemons, limes grapes, figs,fresh herbs and Aloe Vera, Moringa and Neem with homeopathic properties which are all available to guests when in season. We also have fresh farm eggs provided by our own free range hens when they are laying!. At the back of the house is a 100 sq.m. enclosed patio with a 7 x 5 heated swimming pool, a solar heated shower, 6 sunbeds, 2 sun shades, a table with six chairs and a large L shaped sofa, and a table. On the side terrace there is also a sofa and two chairs. Towelling robes and beach towels are available for the use of our guests. Beyond the gates there are extensive raised beds with a selection of fresh herbs and other seasonal greenery and a lovely swinging seat under the grapevines and terraced orchards. At the side of the house overlooking the Barranco, is a veranda to catch the morning sun and relax and have a coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped but we have other appliances available on request - juicer, ice cream maker, slow cooker, pressure cooker, steamer, air fryer, paella pan and gas ring. We live in an apartment close by so if you need anything you can call us. We clean the pool and check the temperature so if you require the pool to be heated please inform us when you book. We recommend that you book a hire car ( CICAR are excellent and best to book on line )as we are in a rural location (6 minutes to the village of Guia de Isora which has restaurants, bars, chemist, supermarkets, gift shop, medical centre, and Gym, Banks and a Post Office) and 12 minutes to the beautiful beaches of Playa San Juan and Alcala and 20 minutes to Los Gigantes.Main centres of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are 20 minutes away. We supply a welcome pack with water, milk, tea, coffee,sugar, eggs from our own chickens (when available)and fruit and homemade preserves from the Finca when available The pantry in the house is stocked with the basics salt, pepper,pasta, rice, stock cubes, cooking oil.etc. and we supply shower gel and hand soap, washing powder, dishwasher tabs and cleaning equipment and products for your first week's stay. All linen and towels are supplied including beach towels and robes. We change linen every two weeks if you require a weekly change, the cost of which is €50 for all three beds and towels, please let us know. We have IPTV TV available in 50 different languages including German, French and Italian and of course, all UK channels and Netflix, film channels and 300 other channels. and WIFI internet. books, games, films and a music system. All windows have mosquito Blinds. A heater is available in the winter months and higher tog duvets for the beds, though we use these very rarely. UPDATE So much has changed at Finca Eden! , we now have additional solar power and lighting, the pool now has steps to enter making it easier for children. We are growing a huge variety of organic fruit and veg now. We hope you will come and visit us soon!!
