Podere Ranciano Alto is a typical farmhouse immersed in the Umbrian countryside, with a panoramic view of Lake Trasimeno and the surrounding hills, not far from Cortona and Montepulciano. The farm is located in Ranciano, a small and charming agricultural village, two km from Castiglione del Lago, on the shores of Lake Trasimeno, in the province of Perugia. A structure consists of independent apartments between them, a pool and a common room called "La Cantina", where you can spend pleasant and recreational hours with other guests of the farm. Going up the stairs you reach the second floor where there are three double bedrooms and a bathroom with a panoramic view of the lake and the town of Castiglione del Lago. Amenities include satellite TV, a washing machine, a coffee maker and a safe  OLIVO It is a ground floor apartment, consisting of a 2 + 1 double bedroom with a bathroom, an opening sofa bed in the living room and a kitchen complete with accessories. The apartment includes: satellite TV, coffee machines and a safe ELM TREE It is a beautiful 30 square meters depandance of surface, composed of bedroom, bathroom and a private porch overlooking the pool.
