FAQ Can we bring our pets to the property? Whilst we love animals, the building is pet-free in consideration for those with allergies. Is there space for us to park our car? Yes and our parking bay/slot is no 8 (just in front on the apartment). Can we use the property for our party? Unfortunately, no. The property is located in a quiet area, and we’re very conscious of keeping our neighbours happy. They’re very friendly and respectful of us, and so we ask our guests to extend that courtesy to our neighbours when they stay with us. Guest access The entire living space within the flat is for guest use. Other things to note . Grid electricity is the main source of power supply in the apartment. . Availability of power supply - inverter installed coupled with solar as redundancy in the event of grid power failure (common across the country). Note that heavy appliances (ACs, water heater, washing machine, etc) are connected directly to the grid power source ONLY. . The apartment is a 20 mins drive away from Murtala Muhammed International Airport, 10 mins from the popular Ikeja City Mall, 5 mins drive from Domino Pizza and 5 mins walk away from the new Ogba Multipurpose Shopping Complex.
