Guest suite in Holbury and North Blackfield

A cozy wooden cabin in the New Forest. Bright and airy accommodation with king size bed and large shower. A short walk to a footpath leading directly into the forest itself, walking distance to shops and a quaint countryside pub with other pubs serving food nearby. Spacious driveway with private access to the cabin through a large, secure family garden. Ideally situated to make the most of local walks and beaches, Longdown Farm, Marwell Zoo and the New Forest Wildlife Park. The space The cabin is situated in our large secure family garden, which looks out on to open countryside and forest. The garden and the cabin can be accessed through a private gate allowing you to come and go freely. We are a dog friendly household with 2 dogs of our own who have access to the garden. Dog friendly dogs are also welcome to stay however we would ask that they are kept under control as we also have poultry. If a dog bed is required please let us know. We also have two small children who like to play in the garden. The room contains a small fridge which will be stocked with milk and cereal, a kettle, a TV with DVD player and a small fold out table for eating. Guest access The private cabin has an en suite, you're also more than welcome to use our family garden and treat it as your own. We gave plenty of seating for you to use outside but please be aware that our young family and 2 dogs also make use of the garden. Other things to note This year we have committed to improve the environmental performance of The Snug. Our 2021 Environmental Pledge 1. Use glass bottles of whole milk from our local dairy, where possible. 2. Use the local zero waste shop to refill cereal, shower gel and hand soap. 3. Switch to vegan, environmentally friendly shower gel and hand-wash. 4. Source plastic free tea bags Next steps 1. Replace plastic shower gel and hand wash bottles with glass (when plastic has reached the end of it's life). 2. Switch to environmentally friendly cleaning products (Covid Permitting).
