Exuding character, including a Norfolk winder staircase, vaulted ceilings and exposed beams upstairs, this unique bolt hole offers a very special holiday experience as it conjures up mystery and excitement. Light and bright, the spacious sitting room with dining area has been thoughtfully furnished with vintage pieces and Farrow and Ball accents, meaning little cottage is relaxed and tranquil. On winter nights, light the fire and snuggle up together to watch a good film with a glass of wine. Upstairs, on the first floor, two beautifully presented bedrooms. The master bedroom hosts a king-size bed with direct access to the family bathroom. Twin beds are provided in bedroom two, and a third mezzanine bedroom is reached via ship's ladder. With vaulted oak beamed ceilings, this bedroom offers twin beds and makes an exciting place for children to sleep. Outside, the rear south-facing garden is laid to lawn with a patio that can be accessed from the kitchen. Garden furniture offers seating for six guests, and with a charcoal barbecue provided, dining al fresco will surely beckon. Next door, across the garden and out through the back garden gate, you'll discover the equally stylish Jasmine Annexe. Expertly curated with its own kitchenette featuring a breakfast bar, a first floor bedroom hosting double bed, and a large shower room, this additional accommodation is perfect for those guests who prefer a bit more privacy. Sleeping six guests, this property is set wonderfully close to the beautiful North Norfolk coast, designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Jasmine's location opposite the village green, play area and tennis courts in the centre of South Creake, and is close enough to fashionable Burnham Market where you will find its numerous independent boutiques and restaurants that are very hard to resist! A twenty minute drive away leads to the fantastic sandy beaches at Brancaster, Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea - tuck yourself away in the dunes and enjoy long summer days sunbathing. This property can also be booked as a sleeps four option, without the annexe, listed as Jasmine Cottage (4). Additional Information: Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge). Jasmine Cottage is situated on the B1105, and as such, may experience some road noise at busier times of day. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot. Guest access Ground Floor: Sitting room/dining area Large room with limestone floors, comfortable sofas, open fire, smart television with DVD player, table with seating for six. Kitchen/breakfast room Well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, electric hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Shower room With a shower, wash basin and WC. Norfolk Winder stairs; enclosed, steep, curved and narrow with a handrail on one side. First Floor: Master bedroom With a King-size bed and built-in wardrobe. Bedroom Two Two full size single beds. Ship's ladder leading up to mezzanine. To access the Master bedroom you will need to walk through Bedroom 2. Family bathroom Jack and Jill style with two doors. With a bath and shower over, wash basin and WC. Mezzanine level Located in the eaves and accessed via a ship's ladder, this children's room is unique. Care must be taken when accessing and exiting the room which has two children's beds and restricted headroom. A gate is fitted to the top of the ladder. This is not suitable for very young children. Please request on booking if you wish to use the beds on the mezzanine level if not these will not be made up for your stay. Outside: Situated to the rear of the main property, the rear garden is south facing and is laid to lawn. A charcoal barbecue is provided. On-street parking in front or opposite the cottage. Jasmine Annexe Please note, that dogs are not permitted in the annexe. Ground Floor: Kitchen with fitted units, breakfast bar with high bar chairs, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. Stairs leading to First Floor: Double bed, bedside tables, two arm chairs, coffee table, television. En-suite shower room Walk-in shower, WC and wash basin, heated towel rail. Outside Parking for one car in front of the property. Small bistro table and chairs directly outside but access also to the south-facing lawned garden at Jasmine Cottage which is located a few steps away (next door but one) on the opposite side of the gravel driveway. The garden is fully enclosed however, please note that the gate is quite low and there is a willow fence either side.
