Last house in the village, enjoy the calm of the countryside with a large orchard at your disposal. 40 m2 accommodation renovated in 2019 consisting of a living room, 1 master bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower room and a separate toilet. Right in the middle of Lorraine: 35 min from Nancy, 20 min from Charmes, Lunéville and 1 hour from the Vosges Included: Linens (sheets + towels) Barbecue (wood/charcoal not included) Swing and trampoline and games for kids 1 parking space The space Bedroom 1: 1 160 x 190 bed with 1 large wardrobe and TV. Bedroom 2: 2 beds 90 x 190 and TV. Garden furniture to enjoy the orchard. Towels and bed linens are provided. All mattresses were renewed in September 2020. Equipment for babies/small children: Baby cot (please note baby bed linen not provided) + mattress, potty and high chair. Accommodation equipped with a filter coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Strictly non-smoking. Not suitable for pets. Other things to note Although the rental includes end-of-stay cleaning, hosts are expected to do the dishes, wipe and store them, and clean the sink, microwave, oven and gas stove. Thank you
