At the same time, a large number of other leisure activities and sights can be reached by short routes. For example, after just a few kilometers you can reach both the Hennesee and the Sorpesee, the Karl May Festival in Elspe or the Dampf Land Menschen Museum in Eslohe. The hiking trails can be reached after just a few meters thanks to the direct location on the forest. The Sauerlandradring is also just under two kilometers away.
