The space This spacious property is a studio flat situated on the ground floor of Pippins. With its own private wheel chair friendly access, the studio also has a kitchen with electric hob , fridge freezer, microwave etc which leads to a very spacious bedroom/living room with a very comfortable (DB Dreamworks Beds) pull down double bed. We can also add a further bed for children. Views from the studio are of the pretty garden to the rear and the attractive village green to the front. The bathroom has full disabled access with shower. Guest access The guest has private access to the studio from outside the house so can come and go independently. They can also use an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna for free. Other things to note Pippins is only 5 minutes off the A1 which makes it an easy and luxurious stop off on a long journey and also easy access to drive to London approx 1hr or by train from Biggleswade 28-45 mins depending on which train you take. London Luton airport is approximately 45min drive and London Stanstead approximetely 1hr drive. Parking is on a private driveway and also garage can be provided should you need it.
