Sleeping arrangements: Master bedroom: One king bed sleeping 2 (main floor) Bedroom 2: One full bed sleeping 2 (main floor) *note this room does not have a closet, but has large windows and sleeps two comfortably Bedroom 3: One queen bed sleeping 2 (lower level) Bedroom 4: One full bed sleeping 2 (lower level) Bunk Room: 2 Bunk beds and 2 twin beds sleeping 6 (upstairs- only bedroom upstairs!) A total of 14 guests at max capacity. Guest access The entire home. Other things to note **The hot tub is out of service for the winter and will be running again by Memorial Day.** This is a strictly non-smoking property, including all indoor and outdoor areas. In warm months, please contact BVR for options to rent a boat on the lake or with any questions or interest! - For insurance and liability reasons, guests are strictly not permitted to tie any watercraft to the dock under any circumstances. Check-In: Is at 4 pm (Early Check-in is not possible due to our cleaning crew needing to complete their work) Check-Out: Is at 10 am (We are unable to accommodate late check-out, our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10 AM.)
