Cozy, spacious Southampton Village house in family neighborhood. Great for families & large groups or mid-week meetings for your business team. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking & serving family meals for up to 20 people. Also, great space for business meetings to meet in person during these times where everyone is working remotely. Secluded yet walkable to Village, train & Jitney. Beach minutes away. Ping pong, Movie/TV room, Fuss Ball table, bicycles & many spaces for quiet thought. The space This a great family house. All bedrooms have televisions. Sonos music system throughout house. Responsible individuals only. Pool will be opened May 1st to October 1st. As of 2024, there is a 5.5% Suffolk County Hotel Tax required that will be added after each booking (Certificate of Authority # 1416). The house is nicely and fully equipped for cooking and holding great meals for big groups of up to 20 people. While mostly rented by families and friends, it would be a great meeting house for work teams who have been working remotely and need some face-time with work colleagues. Guest access Well equipped kitchen with Viking stove/oven. Outdoor barbecue. Guestscareresponsible to clean grill after use please. .Pool house is all self contained with furniture, a refrigerator, heat, A/C, TV & telephone access. 85" HD TV in lower level movie-media Room with sound surround. Rent for a minimum of 13 day periods during the summer. Spend a long cozy weekend Winter/Spring/Fall. bikes available for guest use. Ping Pong Table in garage. Fussball table in back pool house. Please let us know prior to check in if tge total number of guests have changed. In that case please alter the number of guests originally booked and also please let the house manager know. Vehicles can only be parked on the gravel driveway. Please do not park on the lawn nor on the street. Our driveway can accommodate 5 vehicles maybe six depending on the size. Other things to note Pet fee is $150 with no refund. All pets must be approved Pool heating is an additional cost of $150 for the weekend. If staying longer than a weekend pool heating is $75 per day. Please note pool heater will only work when outside temperature is 69 degrees fatenheit or higher. Pool pump suits off at night and does not run 24 hours a day. Please if there should be any mishaps during your stay please call the house manager anytime. We take pride in obtaining excellent revires and do our best to maintain our house. We are Super Hosts and we care about our guests.
