Very clean private room facing the garden. The maximum capacity is 2 people in the room. The room offers a brand new memory foam mattress super clean room w/shared bathroom and use of kitchen. Very safe neighborhood close to SMC. Close to everything. The space It's a nice size room with a very comfy brand new full size memory foam mattress. The room also has a desk, WIFI, plenty of light and super clean. The bathroom is shared. Guests have full access to the kitchen. Very clean and cozy. Private Parking also provided. All this is located only 1/2 block of SMC and only 18 blocks to the beach. The brand new Metro built will take our guest to just 2 blocks to the house and from there, our guest will be able to ride the metro to our world famous beaches of Santa Monica, shopping and restaurants as well as to watch the Laker's game in Downtown LA or have a cozy dinner in Little Tokyo for less than two Dollars. The house also has a brand new Airbright Ultraviolet Air Purifier/AC/Heating system installed that will benefit our guests health and wellbeing. Business License # 219881. Guest access Guests may use front door to enter the house. There's a lovely yard with a table, chairs and umbrella to chill while having some coffee or an evening cocktail. Private Parking is also provided. During your stay Guests may interact with host and other guests if they wish. Host prefers to have a quiet home and respect of the other guests in the home.
