Enjoy two sun-soaked terraces, ideal for your convivial meals or relaxing moments facing the garden. 🏡 Comfort and capacity • Accommodates up to 15 people (children and babies included). • Great for 3-4 families, or a group of friends • 4 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with single beds, and 2 mezzanines arranged for the night. • Flexible bedding according to your needs ( up to 13 beds possible). Day 🍴 spaces • Large equipped kitchen (Lacanche piano, coffee bean machine and capsules, dishwasher, etc.) with direct access to the garden. • Warm dining room sleeping up to 15 guests. • Spacious living room with fireplace for your cocooning evenings. Single night rentals are possible with additional fees that will be communicated on a case-by-case basis. Check-in is possible on Saturday or Sunday, but a supplement may be requested depending on the weekend in question. This supplement, if applicable, will be communicated before the validation of the reservation to be paid after booking. Guest access All rooms of the main house are accessible. Workshop in the annex building on request with additional fee Some cupboards with our personal belongings are locked. Dressers or shelves are left free for tenants in the bedrooms or nearby No camping in the garden Furniture and mattresses may not be moved Max 15 people (day or night, and according to the booking) Other things to note Equipment & Recreation Whether you're coming with family or friends, everything is thought out for everyone to enjoy their stay: • For the little ones: two high chairs and an umbrella bed available upon request. • Outside: a barbecue for your summer meals (provide charcoal), a ping pong table, a pétanque court with its balls, two football cages, as well as bikes for young and old (depending on condition). • To relax: garden furniture, large convivial tables, chairs and sunbeds (stored in the outbuilding). • To play together: an authentic Bonzini foosball and a dart board. Inside A comfortable and well-equipped space to feel at home: • Comfort: Free wifi, non-smoking house. • Kitchen: two raclette machines (one with mini-cêpes plates), a fondue caquelon, two cast iron casseroles, a bean coffee machine, and another with capsules. • Bathroom: Sanoleo care products, natural, organic, and Slow Cosmetics certified. • Welcome kit: dishwasher tablets, new sponge, toilet paper, as well as a few doses of coffee to start the stay well. Practical information • The house can accommodate up to 15 people (day and night). • Parking possible for 4-5 cars in the garden (no outdoor parking). • Stairs require special supervision for children. • Not provided: paper towels and charcoal.
