There is an outdoor building with washer/dryer. There is a large parking area with secure electric gate and a small grass garden. Other things to note We are located just beside Sandilands Holiday park. Cranfield Alpac farm is a 10min walk away. A very good local shop/post office/ off licence is located 1 mile from the property towards Kilkeel. Kilkeel is a good town with all you will need. It has some good bakeries, butchers, cafes and a hotel.
