The space The property itself is situated above Chaplais Kitchen a relaxed, artisan grab and go/restaurant, with access from the back of the property along Royal Parade Mews meaning visitors can come and go as they please and parking is provided. The dwelling is split across two floors with a toilet located on the landing up to the first floor, this provides a kitchen and a grand, beautiful living room. The second floor provides a twin room (can be made into a double), a shower room, a king size master bedroom and a main bathroom providing a roll top bath and shower. The bedrooms have full length mirrors, a hair dryer and coat hangers provided in each room. Fresh linen and towels are provided enough for six guests. The living room features floor to ceiling window, with a dining area for six guests, a working space and a sofa bed should you want to book up to six guests. The living room has a large TV and a wireless Sonos speaker. The kitchen has a gas hob and two electric ovens and grill, there is a tall fridge freezer and dishwasher, the kitchen is complete with all the usual essentials as well as an ironing board and iron.
