The second bedroom can be a walk-through living room with a sofa bed, some may find it harder and for 2 people narrow 125 cm, more for 2 children. Families with children welcome. Limited parking in front of the house - estate. The space The apartment is located on the second floor of the Prefab house in housing estate with an elevator and orientation to the south. There is one double bed width 180 cm, one sofa bed (some may find it too hard and narrow for 2 people 125 cm) and baby travel cot with mattress. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, kettle, microwave oven, gas stove and basic dishes. Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests. Other things to note The city's recreational fee is 50 CZK (after 3 nights then 25 CZK) per person over 18 years old per night. It is already part of the Airbnb payment and is set for each guest. If guests are under 18 years old, I will reduce the price for guests by this amount. I will also reduce the price of the fee by half for each day following the third day of accommodation. All after the accommodation is approved. Previously, I collected fees on site, now Airbnb requires that the resort fee be part of the Airbnb payment, but this cannot be done in the settings for all cases.
