Cozy 3-bedroom basement apartment with fireplace

A cozy apartment with its own entrance awaits you. In front of the entrance there is a terrace with garden and terrace furniture that can be used. We live in the same building and are therefore directly available if you need any help. The furnishings are mostly new. The bathroom and kitchen were replaced at the beginning of March 2021. Baby bed and high chair can also be provided. Washing machine 3,5€/load The space The apartment was newly renovated in March 2021 and kitchen +bathroom completely replaced. We strive to make it as comfortable as possible for you. Guest access The basement apartment is just for you. You are welcome to use the garden, there is also a terrace area with a table seating group directly in front of the apartment.
