Nestled in Wine Country

Nestled on an acre of land in Sonoma Old Wine Country you’ll enjoy scenic views of vineyards, mountains and a babbling creek. My home is a shared space where the Host lives. However, I’m typically gone days at a time due to my work schedule. My home makes for the perfect escape for any stay as I’m conveniently located only 2 miles from the Historic Downtown Sonoma and hundreds of wineries, dining and shopping! 15 minute drive to Napa wineries! The space Guests have a private bedroom with their own private guest bathroom that has a lock on the door. Please note that guests bedroom is located inside the Hosts Home and that the guests bathroom is detached from the room but conveniently placed directly across the hall from their bedroom. Your bathroom is not shared with anyone else as your hosts have their own bathroom in their master bedroom. Guest access Guest have access to -their room w/queen sized bed -their private guest bathroom -front yard -backyard -kitchen area to utilize microwave or fridge only -dining area Backyard: guest have their own private bon fire and seating area (fire wood not provided but is available for purchase on sight). for easy access to the backyard bon fire area, use the sliding glass door in the living room next to our couch and follow the stone pathway. Kitchen: guest may use refrigerator and microwave (oven and stove are off limits to guests due to liability) During your stay We respect the space and privacy of our guest but are available when or if needed at anytime during their stay! Other things to note -This listing is suitable for up to 2 guests maximum. -Please review and familiarize yourself with wine country’s map -I’m located in the Historic town of Sonoma. Sonoma offers 425 Wineries. One of which was the first winery in wine country, Buena Vista Which is a 5 minute drive from our listing. -Napa is a quick 15 min drive from our property. -Napa offers 475 Wineries -I encourage you to review Sonoma County’s map to ensure our listing is in the vicinity of the wineries you’re interested in visiting during your stay. -I currently do not allow dogs on the premises due to avoid damage to the home. -I have a very sweet cat on the property and keeps to her self. -Your private room has a TV synced with Chrome Cast that allows streaming capabilities from your device. -I’m a Non-Smoking listing.
