On upper level is located the first shower/bathroom , kitchen, dining table, salon with fire place and 32'' TV plus 3 balconies, each with a unique view. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and feed up to 12 people. On the second level are located the bedrooms, toilet/shower, and storage room. The master bedroom facing the sea includes a big office and plenty of space to arrange, upon request, an extra bed or infant amenities. Plenty of wardrobe space is also available. The property is built on a 5000 sq meters plot which includes BBQ terrace, Stove Oven, Flower Garden, Fruit Trees, Herbs and Grape Yard and last but not least a beautiful beach.
