The house is fully equipped and prepared for both the intense winter cold and the warmest summer days. It has central heating and air conditioning, a wood-burning fireplace, an outdoor terrace with a grill, a large parkland, and children's games. The space We strive to give a personal touch to each environment, to harmonize with the beauty that the exterior landscape gives us. The house is built with a high-efficiency thermal and acoustic insulation system. Everything is designed for intensive family use, adding help from all available technology to simplify daily tasks. Other things to note We have a dog, Loreta, who is very calm and affectionate. Although she sleeps outside, she lives with our 6, 8 and 10 year old children without any risk. We can talk about Loreta's food, because if necessary, we can take care of it. The house has automated irrigation scheduled for times when it does not bother you.
