A tourist apartment surrounded by nature with a villa with large indoor and outdoor spaces. Located a minute's walk from the Pilar natural pool and with the famous Nogaledas gorge route at the door, it is the perfect place to enjoy tranquility without being far from the village. The space The farm is located in the heart of the Jerte Valley, on the outskirts of a small town called Navaconcejo. It is the perfect setting for nature-related activities, as the Pilar natural pool is a minute's walk away and only 100 m to the start of the Nogaledas gorge route, one of the most spectacular in the Jerte valley for its amazing waterfalls and lush vegetation. The farm is full of cherry trees and other fruit trees, which can be used for a rich breakfast or dessert with seasonal fruits. The house is divided into a ground floor and an attic offering large open volumes. On the ground floor, there are two cozy double bedrooms, a large bathroom, and the kitchen and living area. One of the rooms has two 0.90 m beds and the other has a 1.35 m double bed. The kitchen and living area are in the same space, being very spacious, with a fireplace, comfortable sofas and armchairs. The attic is our favorite part of the house. This is a cozy 'open bedroom' that overlooks the main space. We found a 1.35 double bed and a nice corner with cushions on the floor, ideal for enjoying an infusion or reading a book quietly. The southern part of the house has a porch with armchairs where you can have breakfast enjoying the beautiful views and the wonderful late winter sunrises. On the east facade is the space intended for barbecues with a large illuminated area so that they can be extended as necessary. Guest access Both the property and the house are for guests to use. There are no parking, neighbors, space or any other problems since the property consists of 2700 m2 fully fenced. Other things to note We have 2 extra places for a total of 6 places.
