Tourist apartment in the middle of nature with chalet with large indoor and outdoor spaces. Located a one minute walk from the Pilar Natural Pool and with the famous Nogaledas Gorge Route at the gate, it is the perfect place to enjoy tranquility without being far from the village. The space The estate is located in the heart of the Jerte Valley, just outside a small town called Navaconcejo. It is the perfect environment for practicing activities related to nature, as the natural pool of the Pilar are a minute's walk away and there is only 100 m to the beginning of the route of the Nogaledas gorge, one of the most spectacular of the Jerte valley for its amazing waterfalls and lush vegetation. The estate is full of cherry trees and other fruit trees, which can serve for a rich breakfast or dessert with seasonal fruits. The house is divided into ground floor and a loft offering large open volumes offering large open volumes. On the ground floor we find two cozy double rooms, a large bathroom and the kitchen area and living area. One of the rooms has two 0'90m beds and the other with a 1'35m double bed. The kitchen area and living area are located in the same space being very spacious, with a fireplace, comfortable sofas and armchairs. The loft is our favorite part of the house. It is a cozy ‘open bedroom’ that pours over the main space. We found a 1'35 double bed and a nice nook with cushions on the floor, great for an infusion or reading a book quietly. The south of the house has a porch with armchairs where you can have breakfast taking in the beautiful views and the wonderful late winter sunrises. On the east facade is the barbecue space with a large illuminated area so that what is needed are extended. Guest access Both the property and the house are for guests to use. There are no parking problems, neighbors, space or any other type since the property consists of 2700 m2 fully fenced. Other things to note We have 2 extra seats for 6 total.
