We welcome you to our ecological vacation home. With a lot of love for detail and taking into account building biological aspects, our house was completed in the spring of 2018. The cottage is located in the middle of the Nockberge at 1600 m and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Both in summer for hiking and biking and in winter for all winter sports (slopes and cross-country trails 900 m), the house is the perfect location. The space It is important to us that you relax on your vacation. We already took that into account when building the house. For example, the sleeping places are geobiologically optimized, the materials of the house are used sustainably or electrical interference fields are avoided. Another important point is the generous space. On about 140 sqm there is enough space for everyone to have their personal space even on vacation. To make the whole thing a little better, the windows or balcony doors for a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. In good weather, you can look to Italy or Slovenia at breakfast. During the construction of the house, we placed a lot of emphasis on building biological optimization, so in addition to shielded cables, the sleeping places are also measured so that the sleeping places are not in any interference zones. Allergy sufferers will also relax here. From an altitude of 1600 m, mites have poor to no chance of survival. And to optimize the whole thing, a central vacuum cleaner is installed in our house, which blows the fine dust directly outside. A real treat for all allergy sufferers! Other things to note Note on prices: We do not charge any additional costs. The prices quoted include bed and kitchen linen, electricity and water. Only the visitor's tax (currently 2.10 EUR/night/adult) must be paid on site. A separate invoice will be written about this.
