This studio has two full beds on lake Buchanan with direct sandy water access (30 feet to 1 minute walk depending on lake levels). Boat & Truck parking. Large water active play structure, fish cleaning station, horse shoes, private boat ramp (80% lake full required) or 4 wheel drive/ATV access to lakebed. Outside the back door of the room is the lake/view, and every room has its own BBQ, chairs & picnic table under a covered concrete patio. Extensive trees. Linens included. The space Studio Units, RV and RV spaces Lake side. Boat ramp or ATV/4-Wheel drive lakebed access. Truck and trailer parking. Fish cleaning station. Basketball hoop. Horse shoes. 3 tier play structure with water tube, misters & slip and slide out of tube. Gazebo with oversize chess set. Sandy beaches. Kayak, Canoe rentals with boat charter. Lake levels vary between 30 feet from door (current) on out Guest access Each room has a back patio with its own picnic table. Guests are welcome to explore the property and fish and play along the lake's edge. With our own private beach onsite it's great for small children. Other things to note No TV in this room, but Starlink internet. We have a two car policy, anymore per room may need to purchase extra parking. We have boat and trailer parking available as well. Kayak (singles and double) & Canoe rentals. Boat charter conditions permitting.
