A recent and careful restoration, carried out under the watchful guidance of the owner, in absolute respect of the old origins of the building, has turned it into a beautiful holiday villa, maintaining its terracotta tiles floors and high ceilings with wooden beams, all coordinated with quality and comfortable furniture which tones in with the style of the house. In ancient times the Valdichiana was a marsh and just before the land reclamation, its water lapped the property lands and a boats pier was only a stone's throw from the house. Today the villa is part of a wide farm which includes vineyards, grain growing, barnyard animals, honeybees and beautiful horses. Only 1 km far, at the owners house it is possible to have products of the organic vegetable garden (for free) and use the paddock and stable to keep your own horses (service on payment). The large green space around the villa, completely fenced and shaded by forest trees, comprises the lovely infinity swimming pool (size m 6x12, depth m 1,35), the bicycles, the porch equipped with garden furniture, the barbecue, a small children playground and a path into the wood (approx. 500 m) where you could take relaxing walks, or have picnics or afternoon snack 'al fresco'.
