South View House with sauna & hot tub room 2

Our home offers two double bedrooms, set in 1/2 acre of beautiful garden and ample parking. Our house has a hot tub & sauna for your use (booking required). You will not go hungry at breakfast! You'll sit down to an array of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, homemade croissants, bread and jams, as well a culinary creation using fresh eggs from our chickens, and more! The local area is perfect for outdoor activities, and a short distance from Portsmouth, Chichester and Goodwood, as well as the sea. The space On arrival you will be greeted with homemade cake and a cuppa! Our home offers a double room with a continental and hot breakfast. This room is on the first floor overlooking our manicured rear garden. This room has private use of the shower room located next to it. The room is furnished with high quality furniture, 32" TV with Amazon Fire stick, plug sockets with USB points and tea/coffee facilities. You have access to our hot tub and sauna for a 2 hour time slot with sole use of the facility during this time, to relax and unwind in peace. The spa area has a mini hub, towels, plastic glassware, bottle openers and seating. (booking required) The hot tub is located in an out building at the bottom of our subtropical garden, inspired by our trip to Costa Rica, designed to help transport you to a far off destination, giving you that truly relaxed holiday vibe. We open our garden for tours to raise money for local charities, so if you would like a private tour and gardening advise from James who has over 15 years horticultural experience then please let us know and he would be delighted to to this. We ask for a recommended donation of £5 which will go to the Cancer Centre, Royal Surrey Hospital, Guildford. Guest access Breakfast will be served in the kitchen/dining room. We also have beautifully kept gardens so please enjoy them as we have plenty of outdoor seating. We have a hot tub which you are also welcome to use. We require 24 hours notice so we can prepare the tub. Please let us know before arrival if you would like to use this facility. During your stay We are very much led by you, our guests. If you like to socialise and chat, then we are very happy to socialise, shares drink and tell you lots about us and the local area. But if you prefer to be left to your own device, then not a problem, we understand that you may want to get away and relax in your own space. Other things to note As well as chickens, we have a cat and dog. They are not allowed in the bedrooms but it is important to note in case you suffer with allergies.
