Double en-suite room at Regency House

Regency House is a beautiful Victorian house in the heart of Cambridge a short walk from the train and bus station. A combination of stylish rooms and apartments, some with balconies and some with park views; some with en suites and some with use of shared bathrooms. We have 16 guest rooms or 6 of these can be booked as self contained apartments. We have a one, two and three bed apartment. We are divided into two side by side buildings and accept whole and half house bookings for 16-33 guests. The space Our 4 double en-suite rooms all have a comfortable double bed with duck and down feather duvets and pillows. The new en-suite bathroom contains a shower, hand basin and toilet. Each room has a flat screen TV, DAB radio, hair dryer and free Wi-Fi access and tea and coffee making facilities. An iron is available to use in our breakfast room. Our light and airy rooms have a tasteful décor, some rooms have balconies and some have park views. We have two double en suite rooms on out ground floor, one on the first floor and one on the third floor. Important information Free public parking is possible at a location nearby reservation is not possible. Please note that parking spaces are limited and subject to restrictions. We suggest guests park along Regent terrace on single yellow lines between the hour of 18:30 and 08:30. There is also the nearby street of Gresham Road where you can park free of charge between 17:00 and 09:00 then pay £1.20 outside of those hours. For long stay parking we recommend the Queen Ann carpark which is also £1.20 per hour. Guests should kindly note that the property has a digital lock on the front door, allowing guests to check-in during times when a staff member is not present. This information is emailed at the time of booking and then resent 48 hours before arrival and provides the necessary information for opening the digital lock. Regency House may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or mobility issues, due to the rooms being spread out over 5 floors. Regency House does not have a night porter to assist guests with disabilities or mobility issues. Guests must be able to evacuate themselves in an emergency. There are no vibrating pads or visual alarms at this property to alert guests with disabilities in the event of fire.
