The space Beach house "Ruden" The thatched house "Ruden" is distributed on two levels and has 220 m² of living space. 3 luxurious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a private sauna, a fully equipped kitchen area and a spacious living area with fireplace await you. On the sunny south side of the house you will find a large sun terrace. You can relax in the beach chair and in a cozy seating area.   There is the light-filled living and dining area on the ground floor. The living room has a cozy sofa landscape , a flat-screen TV and a BOSE Wave system with Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. The fireplace built in there creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler days.   The harmoniously integrated, high-quality kitchen in the living area has a refrigerator with freezer, high-quality induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, two coffee machines (filter coffee and freshly ground beans), kettle, toaster and various small utensils that complete the kitchen equipment.   A private sauna with walk-in shower and toilet is also located on the ground floor.   You can get the upper floor through stairs. There are three bedrooms (two of them with a box spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and direct access to the respective bathroom, the third bedroom with two single box spring beds measuring 90 x 200 cm). All bedrooms can be darkened and two have their own TV. In the bathroom you can relax in a freestanding bathtub while enjoying the sea view.   There are 2 car parking spaces available. Of course, the house also has a Wi-Fi connection. A washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment are available, free of charge.   The beach house "Ruden" is ideal for 1 - 6 people bookable. Pets are not allowed for allergy reasons. Additional information: - For reasons of fire safety, barbecuing of any kind is not permitted due to the thatched roof. -From 2023, for stays of 5 nights or more, the laundry package (initial equipment with bed and terry linens) is included in the price. -We charge a security deposit of 300,- Euro for the house.
