Nice house with a beautiful seaview

Large and nice house just by the sea with a beautiful view and fishing possibilities. The house is built in 2000, and have had several upgrades in the years after. It is about 30 min drive to Bergen Centrum. I live in some parts of the house myself together with my girlfriend, but you will always have your private bedroom, bathroom and living room. If you need the house entirely by yourself, feel free to ask, but this will come with extra cost, since we the must find another place to stay. The space From the house there is possibilities to walk several shorter trips (1 to 4 hours) on the mountains behind. There are also several other hiking possibilites in the area. Guest access Access to bikes, fishing equipment for rent, possibility for 33 ft boat guided tour (extra cost), barbeque outside, fireplace, swimming in the sea. There is a cinema (100" and 7.1 surround) and a small gym in one of the rooms. This will be available for 100 NOK per day if requested and available. There is a 50'' screen with 5.1 surround in the living room which is available for free. Jacuzzi on the terrasse available for extra charge (700 NOK per weekend, 900 NOK per week). In the garden there is a small playground, and also fish pond and rabbits. In one of the bedrooms there is possibility to connect laptop with HDMI to extra screen and keyboard if needed. During your stay Boat trip in a 33 feet Bavaria Sport can be arranged some parts of the years for extra fee, depended of the content of the request. Other things to note If I am present in the house, you will barely notice I am there. However, we expect that guests keeps the shared area tidy and clean through the entire stay.
