Urban chic and comfy apartment in the heart of the University, Cultural, & Medical Center. Close to sporting and entertainment venues: Little Caesars Arena, Ford Field, Comerica Park, Fox Theater, Detroit Opera House, Max Fisher, Music Hall, Fisher Theater, Globe, and State Theaters. Minutes to Downtown, The Belt, Riverwalk, and Campus Martius. Find great food at Eastern Market, local breweries, and restaurants that satisfy the most diverse palates. The space Although our building was built in the early 1920's and once housed 40 apartments, it now houses 13 architecturally unique residences. Some apartments are two stories, with private balconies, while others are spacious one bedrooms with private patios. We have a common patio for reservations (no fee). Our interiors are an unexpected but welcomed surprise to those that view them. Guest access There is a coin operated laundry room on site. Additionally there is a small fitness room off the main lobby, as well as a patio for guest to use. The patio will required reservations. Guest will be provided a gate opener for gated assigned parking for Unit 101. Other things to note The building is a walk up, there are no elevators and may create a problem for individuals with limited mobility.
