This exclusive Villa is situated on a hill in Lunigiana surrounded by the Apuan Alps and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. The space The villa can accommodate 12 people and consists of a main house and an annex. It is distributed over three levels: from the first floor, with main entrance, you are welcomed in the bright living room with satellite TV and direct access to the garden; on the same floor, there is the dining room with equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, a children's room with single bed, baby bed and bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the second floor, which opens onto a large living room where several armchairs and sofas allow you to spend relaxing evenings together. This floor is completed by two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. The ground floor offers a lovely reading room with a comfortable sofa for reading, listening to music or relaxing in privacy. A few meters from the main house, near the pool is the Annex consisting of a living room with double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower. (All rooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets) Outside, guests have access to a built-in barbecue and wood-burning oven that will allow you to prepare lunches and dinners with family or friends to be enjoyed in the shade of the gazebo furnished with a table and chairs. With a few steps you reach the swimming pool (size 12 x 5 m), located in a panoramic position with breathtaking views of the valley and relaxation corner with whirlpool, perfect for enjoying summer evenings under the stars. All around is the beautiful garden that borders and colors the sunbathing area equipped with sunbeds and umbrella. There is also a ping pong table and table soccer. The strategic location of the villa allows you to spend a holiday in complete tranquility and is still 6 km from the highway exit to easily reach the spectacular Cinque Terre and the most beautiful Tuscan cities of art such as Pisa, Livorno and Florence.
