3 min from the beach-White&blue house in Apollon

The building is a typical cycladic white&blue house 3 minutes from the beach by foot. The kitchen is fully equipped. You also have fresh herbs in the patio to cook and also dried in the kitchen. There are two rooms in the apartment plus the bathroom with bathtub. The bedroom has a double bed and a balcony. The other room is the kitchen/living room with two couches and one more balcony. The place is appropriate for families, especially with small children. The space The apartment is located in Apollonas, Naxos. The entrance of the apartment is under the staircase of a typical Cycladic white and blue house with 2 floors and the apartment is in the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and you have everything you need to cook. You can use also fresh herbs from the patio to cook. There are two rooms in the apartment plus the bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed (mattress: 140x200cm) , a commode with a big mirror, a table and a balcony with the very typical Bougainvillea of the Greek islands. The other room is the kitchen/living room with a dining table, chairs, two couches (that two people can sleep there - 1 person at each couch, size of the couches: 185x90cm and 180x90cm) and one more balcony with sea view. Over the sink there is also a window looking at the big balcony of this apartment (the one with the door from the bedroom). In total the apartment can accommodate 4 people, 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the kitchen/living room. There is no ac and no heating in the apartment. You can reach the beach Aformoi and also the main street of the village where the main beach is by foot in less than 3 minutes. Apollonas is a small fishermen village in the north of the island of Naxos. There are buses that connect Apollonas with Chora (port of the island) but if you come with a car, there is a parking. There are bars, restaurants and a mini market in the small village, a main beach close to everything (where you can have sand or pebbles or rocks-depending on what you prefer-the beach is big and variable) and one more in the rear part of the village (Aformoi-with only pebbles). Last but not least we have books (greek, english snd german), toys for children and also equipment for the beach that you can use, like umbrellas, hats, or sea googles (glasses for the sea). Attention: in the winter months in case you want to use heating, you will have to pay the electricity. We will make a foto of the number of the kW/h before your entrance and we take again a foto, when you leave/check out. After calculating the price, we will send you the extra amount that you have to pay in the resolution center. There is no heating in the house, so you will be getting from us, if and when you ask for it, a portable heating device. Per kW/h is the price: 30 cents. Guest access The whole apartment is for the guests and the apartment has its own entrance in the house. Other things to note Please take into consideration, that from April to October there is a daily tax, that needs to be paid on the spot and it is 8 euros. From Nov. to March the tax is 2 euros. In the winter we rent the apartment only for longer periods. We can discuss about the price depending on your lenght of your stay. Please contact us and we will send you a special offer. When the family upstairs is on spot, the guest can use the iron, hair dryer but it is not by default and please let us know in case you need something. The owners also have a dog, that will be there, as long as the owners are on spot. There are also a lot of cats in the area and sometimes also other small animals like hedgehogs. Please contact us if you want to stay for a longer period and kindly note, that we provide only starter sets of the basics like coffee.
