No.85 is a modern and comfortable holiday home in the heart of Cornwall. Fully equipped Kitchen, Living Room, 2 Bedrooms and Bathroom. Located on the private estate of the popular Atlantic Reach Resort, but without access to site leisure facilities (see below). 15 minute drive from the famous Watergate Bay 15-20 minutes from Newquay and its selection of beaches and activities. 5 minutes from the A30 - the gateway into the rest of Cornwall. HOUSE DETAILS Kitchen contains: Dishwasher, Oven, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Small Freezer, Kettle, Toaster and Dining Table. On the ground floor is the open plan lounge with Smart TV and DVD/Blu-Ray player (Smart TV connected to Wi-Fi, plus wide selection of DVD's). First floor there is 1 Double & 1 Twin Bedroom, plus the Bathroom with generous shower enclosure. All Bedding and House Towels provided. High Chair*, Travel Cot*, Iron & Ironing Board are all available to use at no cost. *Please inform us prior to arrival. Wi-Fi is included inside the house. EATING AND DRINKING There is an independent restaurant with bar operating on site, as well as a separate cafe/eatery near reception. We hope that this is reflected in our prices, saving our guests from paying a premium on facilities which they may have no intention of using.
