Studio in Borgstedt (the middle variant)

The rooms are our former children's rooms upstairs. The studio has a size of about 30 square meters (sloping ceilings) with a loggia. Please note: If guests are in the small room, the bathroom must be shared. Double bed surface 1.80 X 2.00 m. In the room there is a serving cart with coffee maker, kettle and small hotplate is provided. A fridge is available. Children only from 10 years. The space On the upper floor of our house, we rent rooms in three variants. The middle one, the studio, has access to the loggia (smoking is allowed here). The small variant is the room near the canal, is 16 m² and has a kitchenette. The large variant includes a room, bathroom and studio and also offers a bedroom for 3 to 4 people. We live only two km from the A7. There is a bakery in the village (about 250 m). There are necessary household appliances for preparing breakfast. The nearest supermarket (Lidl) is 2 km away. Borgstedt is located on the Eider and the Kiel Canal is minutes away. Here you can take wonderful bike tours. After 2 kilometers you are in Büdelsdorf, which merges directly into the town of Rendsburg. After a 15-minute drive, you are in Eckernförde and can enjoy harbor city flair and the Baltic Sea beach. Bus 700 runs hourly between Rendsburg and Eckernförde (10 minutes walk to B203/stop). Bus lines 10, 730 and 735 stop in the village. After the departure of our children, our upper floor is empty and we provide a small room, the studio or both combined with a shower room as a vacation rental. The third room on the floor serves only as a storage room. Guest access Visitors have access to the common entrance and the upper floor, as well as the garden. During your stay Usually we are in the house on the day of arrival. We ask our guests to inform us of their probable arrival time (+/- one hour) no later than the evening before. Other things to note Our street is one of four streets that lead into or out of the village. The neighbors on the right have dogs that can be heard from time to time. The windows in the studio face the garden.
