B&B Casa dell'americano - Room 1

The B&B is located in the historic center. It includes 2 bedrooms of about 25 square meters each with bathrooms; you can enjoy a large panoramic terrace (on the valley of the Sauro river) and an internal garden at the back of the house, very private and welcoming. The space Room 1 is located on the second floor of the house with access via an internal staircase; there are two windows, one of which overlooks the internal garden. The furniture is very capacious. Independent heating and air conditioning system; the room has a bathroom with shower. Room amenities include: FREE Wi-Fi and a fridge. The so-called "American's house" is located in the historic center of Aliano, in what was at the time of the confinement of C. Levi, the eastern periphery of the town. In fact, at that time the house was among the few existing in that area and Levi passed by almost every day heading towards the "timpone".   The house, built between 1931 and 1933 by Luigi Martelli, the American, is a two-level stone wall building and opens onto the current Via Martiri d'Ungheria, with a beautiful stone portal with characteristic bas-reliefs and an oak door also with beautiful bas-reliefs and brass handles.
