The house (85sq.m.) is located in the village of Neo Klima (Elios), 18 km from the town of Skopelos and 80 meters from the beach where you can swim. In our quiet neighborhood and about 60 meters away there is a mini market, taverns, a bus stop and a pediatrician 30 meters away. In our village there is also an ATM of the National Bank and a pharmacy. The space The space (85sq.m.), consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable living room with a fireplace and a kitchen, built on an amphitheater plot with an 18sq.m. terrace and a 100sq.m. courtyard overlooking the Aegean Sea (Evia and Skiathos), and beautiful sunsets.
