The high-quality kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and, of course, sufficient crockery and glasses, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. The spacious living area invites you to linger with a cozy couch corner and LCD TV. At the large dining table, meals can be enjoyed in peace and relaxed. The apartment also has a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe and a modern shower room with barrier-free rain shower and washing machine. The price includes a laundry package that includes linens, towels and dish towels. Even in winter, you can feel really comfortable, as the underfloor heating makes for a pleasant room about. All windows are fitted with exterior blinds and insect screens. Bicycles can be stored in our lockable garden shed. The garden with loungers and beach chair can be used.
