The space I am offering for rent a charming, light-filled apartment in the old village school house of Berkenthin. The apartment has a separate entrance, terrace, and direct access to a beautiful garden. The apartment is tastefully furnished, with a wood-burning stove, and outdoor barbecue. Berkenthin is located in the district of Lauenburg, a region of rolling hills, woods, fields, and many lakes. The house is situated in a quiet residential street in the old part of the village, opposite the old church and rectory. Just behind the church flows the Elbe-Lübeck Canal, where you can access the Old Salt Route cycle path. Lübeck, Ratzeburg, Mölln, Schwerin, and Hamburg, all beautiful and culturally interesting towns and cities, are between 15 and 60 minutes drive away, and the Baltic Sea is 30 to 60 minutes away. You can borrow bikes from "Gasthaus Meier", only 2 minutes walkingdistance. Price: 66 € for 2 people. Each additional person 8 €. Cleaning of apartment at end of stay 32 €. Use of washing machine and the dryer is 3 € each. If you want, you can buy wood for the oven (6 €). Guest access It is a locked apartment with your own entrance and all rooms can be used.
