Fully-equipped apartment located on the outskirts of Nyhamnsläge. Close to the sea where there is a harbor, beach, swimming area and nature reserve. Bike path just around the corner and via it you can go north to Mölle, Kullaberg and Krapprup. To the south, you can reach Höganäs. If you are interested in fishing, there are good opportunities to fish from the beach. The apartment is a separate apartment in a larger villa. It has its own entrance and patio door to the garden. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and dryer. The space Cozy compact living where kitchen, dining area and living room flow together. Private exit to south-facing garden via patio door and a small patio. Garden furniture is also included. NOTE: Towels, sheets and toilet paper are not included but can be provided by agreement. Other things to note Bed linens and bath towels are not included in the rent, but can be purchased for SEK 50 or €5 per person/set. Cleaning is not included in the rent but can be purchased for SEK 400 or €40. In the event of non-cleaning, SEK 500 or €50 will be charged.
